About Me

I was born and brought up in London, but spent my holidays in Bristol, the city that my mother came from. After university I spent many years travelling and in different fields of work, till in 1989 I moved with my husband and two small sons to Helsinki, Finland, where I lived for almost the next 30 years. I learnt Finnish, and worked as an interpreter.
In Finland I discovered homeopathy and never looked back. I graduated in classical homeopathy from the Kairon Institute of Natural Medicine in Helsinki in 2004, and set up a homeopathic practice there the following year.
For three years I was on the board of the Finnish Homeopathic Society, Suomen Homeopaatit Ry.
I am registered with the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths
Continued professional development
Since graduating I have regularly attended seminars and courses on all aspects of homeopathy, and hold the postgraduate Diploma of the Dynamis School of Advanced Homeopathy. In this way I hope to ensure that my skills are continually updated and enhanced.

As well as practising in Finland, since 2014 I have made regular trips to Tanzania to work as a volunteer for the HOMEOPATHY FOR HEALTH IN AFRICA (HHA) project based in Moshi, near Kilimanjaro. This project runs a number of free outreach and hospital clinics in the region, and has done a lot of work with AIDS patients. For more information on
